Administrators Chad Posted October 22, 2014 Administrators Share Posted October 22, 2014 http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/music/2014/10/10/rock-and-roll-hall-of-fame-vote-2015/17037407 Interesting ballot choices. Seems like every year there are selections that are very polarizing. Interesting tidbit: a certain Dr. is in one of the groups, and, if they are nominated for the hall, there is a good chance that Dr. would have to stand in front of a backdrop that says "Klipsch" for photo ops - irony would ensue. Ceptorman
Didn't that Dr sell out to Apple?
oldtimer
An apple keeps the Dr. away.
BigStewMan
i’d like to comment; but, i don’t know what you’re talking about. I guess i’m not up on my Klipsch trivia. As far as the HOF goes … until YES is in it, it won’t be legitimate.

As far as the HOF goes … until YES is in it, it won’t be legitimate. It's in reference to Dr Dre, who was in the group NWA, who started the Beats headphone line. But he recently sold the company to Apple.
Paducah Home Theater
At least Dre made big headphones cool though. Klipsch, Bose, and whoever else is making the things should probably thank this guy. Before "Beats" you'd never consider these things to be a hip fashion statement in the younger crowd, but now there is so much at stake that simply wearing the wrong headphones in the NFL will get you a 10 grand fine. It's a huge market now, all due to Dr. Dre, all driven by fashion. Edited October 22, 2014 by MetropolisLakeOutfitters
