shadco Posted February 21, 2015 Author Share Posted February 21, 2015 Yes it's an isolated plinth The base is 2 x 6 walnut with a 1 inch rabbit around the inside. The deck is bamboo and rests on sorbothane balls that have been cut in half and sit iin the rabbit and on the corner reinforcing blocks. That arm is an SME 3009 Series II Improved with a Shure V15III and Jico SAS Stylus. My other arm is a Hadcock GH228 with AT Pro14S Shibata. .
