Tarheel
I am selling my Harman Kardon A500 Award Series integrated amplifier. I purchased this unit from forum member ajclic on May 29, 2009 and sent it to Craig of NOSVALVES for a thorough update. The invoice for labor and parts was $386.04. I am the third owner. There is no pitting and the amp is very clean. All functions work well. This would make an excellent entry into the tube experience. I have $686.04 invested and am asking $325 plus shipping from 28409.

Tarheel
Thanks guys. As I've said before I'm not much of a businessman. I talked with the buyer and he seems like a nice gentleman and knows these vintage amps well. So it's going to a good home and because of that I'm throwing in a second quad of power tubes I have another HK Award Series and this one is a receiver. I may use the proceeds of this sale to align the tuner section and do a mini rehabilitation.

Tarheel
The HK A500 was double boxed and survived the trip okay. Greg gave it a two hour workout with his khorns and everything checked out. A good transaction. Greg was a pleasure to work with and is highly recommended.
