It's THE perfect pre-amp for a 2.1 system as high AND low pass filters are integral to the unit. People constantly look for this feature in 2 channel set ups yet very few pre's have it. Interesting, never quite thought of it as a showpiece, but hey, whatever trips your trigger!! I just know that it is probably one of the most well built pieces of gear I've had in my collection, sounds great, tons of features, and the value proposition on some of the Emo products is pretty freaking great.....
