Matthews
Straight trade ??? - The H350 is of the cast aluminum manufacturing. Wanting a pair of the 401, resin variety. Matt ♪ ♫ ♪ Edited February 25, 2016 by Matthews
DizRotus
Good luck with that. The H350 (aluminum) is, IMO, equivalent to the K400 (aluminum), but it's hard to imagine why anyone would want to trade a K401 (resin) for either aluminum horn. Frzninvt
You used to be able to purchase the K-401's from Klipsch new for $50 apiece and all you had to do was supply your speaker S/N's. Not sure if that is still the case. I bought one for my hot rodded center La Scala.
DizRotus
Never know, just putting it out there, Neil. I agree, no harm in asking. I hope you can still get them from Klipsch. It will be easier to sell the H350s and buy K401s than find a person interested in a trade.
jason str
What the... You just bought those. Price some cast aluminum horns compared to the plastic type, you got an awesome deal. If its a blemish that is swaying you you can sand it out just like it was wood, it would just take a bit longer is all.
Matthews
What the... You just bought those. LOL - yeah Jason, I had a crazy bug itching me to build a pair of Cornscala's. Just don't have the time... I have been trying to move the entire package (link below). Have a lot of interest but it all requires shipping. The local market is beyond dry. http://www.ebay.com/itm/182030454099?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I had the idea I might like to try a pair of resin horns in my personal La Scala's. Just an idea, so I threw it out there. I have all of these parts lying around, collecting dust. Matt ♪ ♫ ♪
jason str
Breaking up the set may be an easier sale but good luck with your trade offer and sale.
