staygroovybaby
Why does a person pay it forward and continue to do so? , we do it in love, we do it out of compassion, we do it because others need it. we do it because it is the thing to do. there is no better felling. If you do it enough it will make into the person you need to be. We are here to help one another, make each other feel good no matter how big or how small. Ian Anderson knew how to turn a phrase, like so many artist, The man is a genius with words. words that spoke of all the above statements. You guys really have me WONDERING.. DID YOU GET IT? staygroovybaby
What song is that from? "Wond'ring Aloud" Wond'ring aloud --how we feel today. Last night sipped the sunset -- my hands in her hair. We are our own saviours as we start both our hearts beating life into each other. Wond'ring aloud -- will the years treat us well. As she floats in the kitchen, I'm tasting the smell of toast as the butter runs. Then she comes, spilling crumbs on the bed and I shake my head. And it's only the giving that makes you what you are. CECAA850
No wonder I couldn't find it. These are the lyrics I read HERE Wond'ring AgainThere's the stillness of death on a deathly unliving sea,and the motor car magical world long since ceased to be,when the Eve-bitten apple returned to destroy the tree. Incestuous ancestry's charabanc ride, spawning new millions throws the world on its side.Supporting their far-flung illusion, the national curse, and those with no sandwiches please get off the bus. The excrement bubbles, the century's slime decaysand the brainwashing government lackeyswould have us sayit's under control and we'll soon be on our wayto a grand year for babies and quiz panel gamesof the hot hungry millions you'll be sure to remain. The natural resources are dwindling and no one grows old,and those with no homes to go to, please dig yourself holes. We wandered through quiet lands, felt the first breath of snow.Searched for the last pigeon, slate grey I've been told.Stumbled on a daffodil which she crushed in the rush, heard it sigh, and left it to die.At once felt remorse and were touched by the loss of our own, held its poor broken head in her hands, dropped soft tears in the snow, and it's only the taking that makes you what you are. Wond'ring aloud will a son one day be bornto share in our infancyin the child's path we've worn.In the aging seclusion of this earth that our birth did surprisewe'll open his eyes. staygroovybaby
I get most of my lyrics from my head. Lyrics like the ones in the quiz stuck in my head years ago. If I am not sure of the lyrics I turn to the lp. If you want to get the lyrics incorrect, turn to the internet. They are screwed up all over. I enjoyed your participation. I sorry you got on a site that had things messed up. I thought for sure you were going to win, as close as you were getting. I plan to do more, any thoughts? staygroovybaby
That was a fun 'quiz' but I feel like "duh" for not solving it - especially after the clues! Thats part of the point ( the DUH factor ) Thanks for playing, I sure thought one of you guys from Texas was going to win. I plan more, any opinion. The duh factor being part of the quiz is fine, makes people think and can be fun. But I want to be passing along a good message with my quiz.
