Jirachi
How much are the drivers alone worth typically?
wvu80
@JirachiI'll throw out a couple of rough numbers as I'm not sure actual value. A standard pair of used K-55v which are physically identified by spring loaded connectors are about $150 a pair. The K-55v in that Ebay sale has the soldered connectors and dual phase plugs. Those are considered the holy grail of the K-55v and were only produced for maybe a couple of years and are known to sound better than all the other variants. I'll say those might sell for $350 a pair, again, not real sure. Since the ad doesn't mention dual phase plugs or soldered connectors, I'll assume that was spotted by the sharp eyed Mr. @jjptkd I've seen asking prices but I don't know what they eventually actual sold for. If somebody has different numbers that might be more valid than what I've listed.
jimjimbo
Yes, they are dual phase plugs. Typical price with the horns (and these are the good, 8 hole heavier horns), is 325-350.
Dave A
Sold for 225.00.
