    • Bone-in wings
    • Boneless wings

Had my first chicken wings in Taiwan, probably 40 years ago.  "There," they were considered a delicacy ... 40 years ago in the US they were ground up for pig food. Oh well; "marketing prevails" and now they are 50 cents to $1 a piece. But; need a bone in it ... who knows what is in the "boneless" wings :D

You eat wings sports fans Emile and I will just buy a couple whole chickens and even contribute the wings!  Wings???  Seriously?  YUK!  Finally found out a "real man's bar food!"

They are loaded with gelatin, which has always been prized in the culture.

Reminds me of the fried rubber bands that are sold in the south as fried clam strips. Arrrggghh

Ate across the street from Plymouth Rock and had the real deal just twice.

They do clams right up in Boston!
