Northman
I was wondering if you foresee any problems putting a Klipsch Heresy III on top of a R115SW subwoofer? Removing the small base on the Heresy, so it will be standing flat on it, not tilted.
baron167
Fwiw, I have a pair of Heresy II's sitting flat on top of subs with 0 issues over about 3 years now.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
willland
I see absolutely no issues with that idea. Maybe a custom cut piece of neoprene to protect the surfaces. Bill

It will also help keep the speaker from "walking" off the top of the sub when played loud.
parlophone1
I am not using it for Heresies, but try a rubber mat that are usually used to place under the laundry washing machines, dishwashers etc. It is mostly made of special raw rubber pieces pressed together. It is very tough. I found that to be a better material regarding translating of vibrations to the surfaces beneath. After all that is what these are designed for. jason str
The sub(s) may look great under mains but odds are slim to nil that is the best placement.
