parlophone1
Not the Fostex, but these Visatons - yes (https://www.visaton.de/en/products/drivers/horn-tweeters/tl-16-h-8-ohm). Very good HF units. Heard them paired in a DIY speakers with Tannoy HPD drivers, simply gorgeous sounding.

parlophone1
I dunno. Some like to call them supertweeters, some not... Anyway, they sounded really blended very well with that HPDs when I had a chance to hear them. Clean and informative HF drivers.
Bosco-d-gama
I have listened to these in the past. They’re very ‘beamy’ meaning that to enjoy their best performance I needed to sit in the sweet spot. I lost much of their performance away from that singular location.
KROCK
I guess I'll wait for a pair of EV T-350s to come up for sale.

Who needs a very beamy tweeter? Worse yet, the polar response varies dramatically with frequency. Exactly what I don't want or need.
