Marvel
Found this link... lots of sizes and colors. I just shared the 3/4 inch link. Prices seem reasonable. https://www.wiringdepot.com/store/p/1921-3/4-Diameter-Split-Wire-Loom-Flex-Guard-Convoluted-Tubing.aspx
Islander
Wire loom is very handy stuff. Contrary to the experience of the previous poster, I found no problems with running speaker wires together in it. In my setup, the three surround speakers (Left, Right, and Surround Back (it’s a 6.2 system)) behind me needed their wires to run around one end of the room, so I used white 3/4” loom to cover them and run along the baseboards. It’s barely noticeable, and looks much tidier than three not-exactly-straight copper wires running across the light-coloured carpet.

Schu
I'm kind of partial to techflex... while functional and cheap, those plastic sleeves always left cold... specially when used in engine bays
