Parrot
http://www.reuters.com/printerFriendlyPopup.jhtml?type=topNews&storyID=3845975 One thing you can say for Michael, he's bound and determined.

mark1101
The freak of freaks. What else can you say?
cwm
Poor Mike, an asexual megamillionaire (or was) entertainer living in perputual childhood, AND highly likely to be victimized by the parents (with dollar signs in their eyes)of the children he befriends, some of whom are ill or otherwise disadvantaged. He does look like a freak though........
Lucky Leeroy
He does seem to have a NOSE for trouble!
Parrot
I don't think it's correct to call him asexual. He likes sex with boys. Anyway, his career is now officially *over*.

Good to see you doing some fine research, Parrot. You should think about offering your services to ET. kh

mobile homeless
That's OK Dean, I'm sure you can bring yours along to the "Audio Myths and other Urban Legends" gathering. Give my regards to Sir Parrot! And dont forget the Mudvayne! kh
Parrot
Good ol' Mobile, sticking up for his favorite recording artist. How many copies of HIStory did you buy, Kel?
mobile homeless
Sadly, I had to look up what "HIStory" was. I guess Parrot IS useful for information after all... kh
Parrot
I bet this time Michael goes to prison. Hmmm, I wonder if Leno and that other guy who used to be funny will make any Michael Jackson jokes tonight in their monologues?
Chris Robinson
The whole MJ deal will go down in history as one of the highest falls from an elevated pop status. I feel badly for everybody involved.
mobile homeless
Talk about USED to be funny... Leno ONCE WAS funny but that time is such a distant memory, I can barely recall the days. Poor Carson must be the depressed one as his once GREAT show completely dissolved into a mediocre, sappy, elbow in ribs, guffaw. No one tries as hard as Leno and no one fails as miserably. kh
Parrot
I hardly ever watch Leno, but Letterman has been on autopilot for more than ten years. He was fine when he had his daytime show many years ago, and when he guested for Carson extensively.
Deang
"That's OK Dean, I'm sure you can bring yours along to the "Audio Myths and other Urban Legends" gathering. Give my regards to Sir Parrot! And dont forget the Mudvayne!" LOL, That's perfect -- I need to get some T-shirts made up. Mudvayne is out. I have already been warned by Craig that him and Paul both will escort me off the premises for attempting to play anything labeled with the following: So far, I've only been able to find one CD that doesn't have this. Journey.
mobile homeless
I thought Letterman was good at NBC. He became complacent after the move to CBS although I did catch him the other night and he had some good lines. Evidently, his new role as father invigorated his timing and verve. I do agree, the autopilot was engaged the last few years. That daytime show was an absolute beauty with great bits that rocked everything at the time. I remember thinking, "man, there is no way something this good will last while bored housewives scratch their heads waiting for As the World Turns." Anyone that caught that short run saw some of the best bits ever seen on commercial television. NBC pulled the blunder of the decade with the Leno pick. Sadly, the public cries for more. Meanwhile, Letterman really got Leno's career going on his show. Leno is a nice guy and a worker. IF only he was still funny. kh ps - Dean, I personally want to hear Journey on Parrot's system and watch the Cats scatter like the wind... mark1101
Some of this thread absolutely kills me. "Poor Mike", "I feel sorry for everyone involved". Yes, the kids. I hope that's what you meant. MJ is the classic pedophile profile. His amusement park is one of his lures. His pretending to not have grown up, another. If it weren't for his money he would already be in prison. The dude needs help. But mostly he needs to be punished. He deserves to be in prison, and I hope he goes. Do you feel sorry enough for him to bring your young son to his ranch, and let him spend the night with Mike? Is that what you mean about feeling sorry, like he's not doing anything wrong??? You know any normal person of average income molesting young boys would be in jail. Somehow, Mike's avoided it up until now. I hope he goes to jail and learns what he's been doing to these young boys all these years. He'll probably sleeze out of this one too, though. Poor Mike!!
