The laywer gets shot in the head and face and dances back and forth around the tree to try and avoid the point blank shots. Then the guy just quits shooting and walks away. The laywer then walks away all shot up in the face and head and neck. Must have been a small caliber as he was shot in the head and it looked like it must have bounced off.
