Doc Robin
I have the itch to buy some if they are within Driving distance of Little Rock. So has anybody got anything for sale?
marksdad
cornwalls, of the 3 mentioned corns give the most punch, after the cornerhorns i would take corns, i traded corns for cornerhorns and there are days when i still miss the corns, i also have a lascalla, and it is great, but it isnt a corn
mandi
Colorado would be a nice little road trip! Looks like there are some corns for sale there.
Doc Robin
Well my Heresy's and LaScala's need some room mates. And i was leaning toward the cornwall's but will consider any of the three. I would love to have Klipschorns but my room only has one corner that does not have a door close to it so that takes care of that for now. Still looking Bill
Gilbert
I'm in Tulsa, OK and you'll be hard press to find anyone closer, with a nicer pair of cornwalls. I'm interested in selling my OO Cornwalls. I offered to sell on this forum about a month ago, but no one was interested. I don't want to hassel with ebay and shipping, so selling to someone like yourself would be perfect for me. If your interested drop me an email. My digital camera is broken, but I could borrow one from the office; But only if your serious. They are very pretty speakers and come with the risers, and are in near perfect condition. A finer pair you will not likely find.
Audio Flynn
Most people avaoid mentioning the Chorus. The stepchild of the progression of design. After Corns went out of production in came the Chorus. Always funny very few people sell KLF 20 or 30s
Doc Robin
Hello Gilbert: I must have missed that one i will see if i can look it up. I will send you a e mail. Did you go to Indy for the F1 race Sunday?
EDR
Is there a big, big diferance with the corn,s thump compared to the lascala? Or just some differance?
Doc Robin
I have not been able to compare the 2 side by side yet. But i have with Heresy's and Cornwalls. And Heresys and LaScala's. Major difference; The big boys blow the little brothers away. They dominate the room both with size and sound. Bill
Piranha
I own both the LaScala and the Cornwall. Here's my two cents. The midrange is more detailed on the LaScala's and they are more efficient (104db vs. 98db). The low end on the Cornwalls goes deeper and has better bass slam. More boomy if you will. Both are excellent speakers. I doubt I could decide between the two of them. So it is unlikely that I will ever sell off one or the other.
