Rsoxfan
My first pair of Klipsch just arrived at my door. The Forte ll's, these were my weapon of choice from Klipsch line up, and after my first hour of listening to them I am very happy with the decision that i made
leok
Nice speakers. I had a pair before the Chorus-IIs and only gave them up because I didn't have space for them and the Chorus. Lots of acoustic power is a remarkably small package. Leo
boomac
Glad you like them. Although I recently aquired Cornwalls, I will not give up my Forte IIs. They are one sweet sounding speaker and you will enjoy them for many years.
Rsoxfan
To my surprise they showed up unharmed, wich is a surprise seeing how they were shipped from Texas to Mass via U.P.S
Parrot
Congratulations and enjoy.
oldtimer
Were these from a recent Audiogon classified, from Austin, Texas? If so, you beat me to the punch. I was going to add a second pair to my HT. I have enjoyed my Forte II's since 1989, happy listening!

Cal Blacksmith
Congrats on the safe arival of your speakers! I know you will get many years of listening pleasure from them. With all the talk of corns, scallas and horns the Forte speakers sometimes seem like the Rodney Dangerfield of the Klipsch line, but they have a solid following and pack a lot of sound in a small package... ENJOY!!

Brap
Due to Size constraints, I am forced to sell my Khorns. Fortunately, I found a very happy buyer on this forum and now need to use my original 1986 Forte's as my mains. It will be good to use them again -- they were rears for so long. I would NEVER sell my Fortes -- they are a great speaker and just love the 2A3 PP warmth. Happy listening
Rsoxfan
So far so good. But i haven't been able to give them a real workout yet. The fiance won't allow it...

jason77095
FYI... I had seen a pair of Forte IIs here in Houston when browsing stores with my wife... went back the next weekend to buy them and was told they had been shipped to Mass... might be the same ones! Now I'm looking for a pair, and kicking myself for not jumping on these.
dgb
I love the console stereo they have for sale! Would look great in my living room, but unfortunately I'd be unable to enjoy it as my wife would kill me. Nice price on the Fortes.
