It's amazing how some get agressive when they are safe in a group or behind a keyboard but face to face it is a whole different story. picky Posted September 18, 2005 Share Posted September 18, 2005 I am here to tell you all that Michael Hurd and his girlfriend have been to our home and we have spent a few days together doing some sight-seeing around the Detroit area. They are the best kind of people: Kind, considerate, generous, respectful and trustworthy. They are both welcome to stay in our home any time. Mike and I occasionally speak via the phone despite the high cost of the call. I live near Detroit and he lives in the northern reaches of Lake Superior in Ontario, Canada. Mike is a proud Canadien and an auto body repair specialist. I do not know of the things being written here...I have not seen the posts. All I can say is, if it was something underhanded or spiteful: Mike did not write it! It's not within the man's character. Michael is my good friend. That's all there is to say. In that diatribe were some comments directed towards Michael. It would seem he was somewhat of an arbitrary target . I have never met Michael ( nor most of you), but I have yet to ever see anything objectionable or unkind posted by him. I do not know why Duke posted this thread, but I presume it was to avoid posting in the toll's thread. I thought your post was in response to the crap posted by newbie mike jones, but maybe his post (diatribe and attack on Mike) was generated by something going on in the thread(s) to which you have reference. Anyway, I've located an inexpensive, mob operated, hazwaste disposal well in southern New York, damn near PA - they can take care of anything. A few of the Micheal Hurd808 troll posts are still in the gaming forum (where it looks like another troll has spawned). He was actually kind of funny for a troll and he now has a post count of negative two. I don't think anyone could seriously confuse that little nut with the real printer-bust'n, tire-smok'n, tech-article-post'n Michael Hurd.
