edwinr
Whatmough Loudspeakers is based in Australia and sells all over the world. Their premier speaker features ring radiator tweeters, twin 100mm poly-glass mid range drivers and two 6.5 sliced paper cone drivers, in their own sealed sub-enclosure to handle upper bass. The sub-bass uses Whise patented technologies with a 350 Watt amplifier built-in for effortless bass. The sub-bass section of the Paragon uses advanced patented Whise technologies to produce low bass with very low levels of distortion. This section uses twin 10 drivers each with an extremely large linear travel of 36mm. They are mounted in a balanced configuration which according to Whatmough virtually eliminates resonances... edwinr
Remaining true to the cabinet build and finish quality of that yesteryear model, the Autograph Mini naturally incorporates a 4 inch Dual Concentric driver the unique engineering statement that makes this speaker a real Tannoy. Incorporating wide bandwidth technology to ensure breathtaking performance from a unit measuring just 4 in diameter, this is the smallest Dual ever manufactured. And following in the footsteps of its proven heritage the driver utilises a heavy cast alloy frame and multi fibre paper pulp cone... edwinr
In the mould of the wilson Watt/Puppy, the 20T's upper and lower cabinets are built to Aerial's specifications by the Hornslet Cabinet factory in Denmark, which also builds enclosures to spec for Audio Physic, Linn, DALI, Naim, and many other well-known loudspeaker companies. The bass cabinet, measuring 30" H by 13" W by 22" D, weighs 170 lbs and is claimed to be extremely rigid, stiffly braced, effectively damped. The upper, 80-lb cabinet is built using the same complex construction, but has a 2"-thick wall of MDF behind the midrange driver that creates an isolated, double-vented rear chamber containing the mid/HF crossover network. The cabinet design is extremely complex. so is the price...

edwinr
Now for something completely different. Bang & Olufsen are very lifestyle orientated. But their stuff still sounds okay. I reckon this speaker has a very high WAF...
