I tell ya that Buckster's a born again liar. Here's what really happened. I was making a Fall run Upstate with The Twins heading to Albany where they were to receive some sort of award from the General Assembly. Something to do with their charitable work on behalf of "Twins Who don't Have Sugar Daddies Foundation". (Somehow I had been forced or cajoled into underwritting this group) It's a fairly long trip and they had started to pout, which is cute at first but begins to pale after a couple of hundred miles. Inspiration struck and I said "Hey let's go visit Uncle Buck"! Well they cheered up right away and before you know it we're walking in his front door to a chorus of handshakes, hugs, more hugs, more hugs, well you get the point. Right away OB set to work to relax us from our tiring journey providing The Twins with drinks, a lovely selection of of snacks, more wine, and some rollicking tunes. Why he even took out time from his duties to acknowledge my prescense. Now sad to say he's getting up there a bit. Rumor has it he so old he shook hands with Moses. You could tell he was getting a little fatigued with the dancing an all. I was about to make my excuses when Tickles exclaimned that she had dropped one of her contacts. She hiked up her short skirt slightly and bent down to do a search. Well, OB hit that floor on all fours in the blink of an eye just to help out. After a few minutes of fumbling at Tickles feet he had success and came up with the errant lens. It wasn't until he tried to get up that the trouble began. He was basically stuck down there. Tawny kindly led him on a leash to the back seat of our car, I'm sure so he wouldn't get lost and wander off the brick path. We dropped him at the hopsital where the staff told us it would be awhile. With an entire State Assembly awaiting our arrival we had to leave but the like the man he is he told us to on our way but to feel free to stop back anytime. Glad to see you're out of traction OB. I woulda made him sit up 'n beg .....[6] And Beg I would do...........................Haven't be feelin' too hot lately, doin' stuff I shouldn't be doin'............hurt my back big time..........old fart will never learn...once a bull, always a bull................Setting me back on rehab here.........I'll get through it....just take alittle longer, still watchin' the forum, Thanksgiving wind down, Go Cowboys, about time for a Turkey Day win, had a house full of N.Y. Rehab is falling behind where I'd like it to be....I'll get caught up....need to start walking again...felt pretty good when I walked, hurts back to walk........All in due time, things will come around, back can't hurt forever.....still watching forum, just not jumpin' in like I did......Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving............look out, here comes Christmas....Hard to believe, another Year coming to an end...........What a Long Strange Trip it's been......................EH!!!!!
