Timmikid
I don't think you can. This is probably a case for the apple forum. Helpful people there... T

fletcherkane
As far as I know, you can't stream it directly to your ipod. You would need to stream it to your computer and record it to your hard drive--Drop it into your itunes music folder and sync it. Why would you want to do this. Thinking of ripping off some songs. Their is a reason that streaming audio usually has a pretty low bit rate. High bit rate streams would be too easy to rip and redistribute. bkrop
I was given an ipod and ihome dock as gifts, I love internet radio and the podcasts sound good through the line level out put of the dock. Internet radio sounds good on my PCs promedia 2.1s, but it is upstairs. My wifi laptop only has headphone jacks which don't sound as good through my amp. I play my CDs on a player, I just want to listen to internet radio on the LaScala's with what I have without buying an external sound card for the laptop, like using the ipod like a tivo or VCR to record and listen on another player not hooked up to the net like i do with podcasts. justin_tx_16
Get an Apple Airport Express and stream from iTunes to your speaker system, or get the AppleTV or get the Airport Extreme. They will all do what you want and then some for not too much. I love my Airport Express and have ordered both the AppleTV and Airport Extreme. Is there anyreason or benefit to streaming it directly to the ipod?
Jay481985
there are high bitrate streams its just that the internet connections are not quite enough. you cannot stream directly to the ipod
