70 or so decibels????

The other night I told dtel that I wanted to "measure" his snoring to see "how loud it was". Dtel falls asleep very quickly once we settle into bed for the night, however his constant snoring leads me to the sofa or the computer until I get tired enough to ignore the snoring.

Well...he showed me how to work the decibel meter and it appears his snoring is registering around 70+ decibels, with this being a "light snoring night". No wonder I have such trouble falling asleep.

I know snoring can be an indicator of possible medical problems. The snoring is very "regular", not erratic like some people I have heard.

BTW, I told him I was going to "measure" the snoring and post it on here, but he is sleeping and probably won't see this thread until tomorrow morning...isn't he lucky.[:S]

Dtel can snore standing up.[;)]

He rarely sleeps on his back. Most of the time I MAKE him sleep on his stomach turned to the left, which is away from me, but at 70 decibels (when he is lightly snoring) I may have to opt for the "noise cancelling headphones".[:$]

NOS,

I don't think that is the cause, in this case.[:$]

In this case, the snoring intensifies after _ _ _!!!

Seems to me then that we have an easy fix?

Now what fun would that be....

Hey Coytee...maybe aftersnore is the male version of "afterglow".[;)]

The male version of "afterglow" is a sandwich and some TV...
