Moderators Amy Posted July 3, 2007 Moderators Share Posted July 3, 2007 Just a heads up...La Scala IIs (yes, IIs this time) in cherry finish going up tonight. No reserve, starting at .99. One speaker is in excellent shape, one has a few minor dings. Acoustically perfect. Serial numbers 1 and 2.

Someone really wants these puppies................. Yes and no. Although true, this illustrates the difficulty Klipsch has among its most hard core Heritage devotees - most of us look for used bargains rather than supporting the company by buying new. Is $2K+ big money for eBay LaScalas? Yep. These might also be seen as a screaming bargain, however, as the retail of a new pair of these identical speakers is about $5500. Plus you get the benefit of getting these straight from Klipsch as opposed to the standard eBay buy from who knows who from lord knows where. Daddy Dee
Kev makes a good point. Having serial numbers One and TWO would be pretty awesome. It will be most interesting to see what the last minute bids are. good look to all who hope to snag these sweethearts.
