Rsoxfan
Big game today for the Pat's. Alot of people around here are saying this could be the last real chance to knock em off.

oldbuckster
I like the upset myself ............ Pats are good ..... it's the Play Offs that count ........... Cold, snowy, nasty weather, Tee it up !!!!!!!!
oldtimer
Can't help myself on this one OB. Cold, snowy nasty weather, the very conditions that the raiders beat the patriots in that playoff game several years ago, as brady walked off in shame for his fumble. It was the raiders year that year, no doubt about it. But wait! The nfl to the rescue! It wasn't a fumble, it was a tuck! Thus brady's rise to super-stardom; it all hinged on an insane rule later banished at an "appropriate" time so as not to embarrass the pats for their ill gotten gain. Never forgive, never forget, the game is in the league's hands now, not the players. Bitter? Yes I bitter, but she bit me first!

oldtimer
His hand was moving forward in order to pass is still a legitimate rule. It wasn't, therefore the tuck rule was invoked. Otherwise, why was the tuck rule necessary and why was it so embarassing to the league that it was repealed? Edit: That is all I have to say on the subject, especially since there will never be any agreement between us on this.

gonzp
I felt bad for Kitna.... the ref's were horrible in the first half...they kept the cowboy's in the game, atleast the first half.... The Patsy's were the recipients of kind refs against the Ravens in the last 2 minutes of that game.[] Good teams FIND a way to win, even when they are not playing their best game. oldbuckster
There's that Cowboy Loss I've been talkin' 'bout, maybe one more before the PlayOffs, then they might have some fire, Philly isn't afraid of them ....... AND Now to the Jets, they had more than a couple of chances to knock them off, but they didn't !!!!!!!!!
