theplummer
WOW, and I thought my mom, sister, and future sister-in-law were stupid for going down there last month diamond hunting. I know where I'll be VACATIONING this year. Maybe I'll be able to trade my findings for a beautiful pair of Hickory Khorns in AK that I've been a drooooooolllliiiinnn over ....... Daddy Dee
I wish I was going to Alaska, too. hey plummer, good luck in your diamond hunting. They say the best time to hunt is after a big rain. It's kind of sloppy, but this fellow just found this one after a good rain.
Jay481985
I remember reading about that place. Most of the diamonds there are not jem quality diamonds. Their size tends to be small (remember when the diamond is cut you lose about half the size) and that is if there is no particles in it. But hey its free.
