If at all possible, try using a 3rd party keyboard app (such as the Google keyboard), and/or a different mobile browser such as Firefox or Chrome. I'd do this myself, but I don't have access to that particular device/os combo. I'm not seeing anything about this sort of thing being a common issue, so to me that means it is unlikely related to the forum itself, but I can't say that's the case with 100% certainty.

Another question - are you using the stock android keyboard (as opposed to a 3rd party keyboard app) Also, which version of Android? And which browser?

Hi. The USB port is for support purposes only, for firmware updates.

yes, most notifications like that will set a cookie that indicates you made a choice to close that notification, so it wouldn't show again. This seems to be why you keep seeing it.

It is supposed to not come back after you hide it, unless the cookie is not saved on your browser or the cookie has expired. I'll look into it

Hi @Newflare I'm very sorry for your troubles, and for the lack of info from us and/or Kibo's order support. I've forwarded this issue to some folks here to escalate. These are exactly the types of problems we are working on fixing permanently with a major ecommerce system overhaul this year. I know that doesn't solve your immediate issues though, so hopefully we can do something to help you out with this and make it right.
