  1. Hi Klaus, Have you tried contacting Klipsch customer support by opening a ticket @ http://support.klipschgroupinc.com ? If not, I'd suggest that. Our Customer Support team will let you know if there are any of those available and how to get them, if so.
  2. Hi, Please submit a ticket at support.klipschgroupinc.com so our customer support team can assist you with this. I've also made a note of this particular issue. Thanks!
  3. Hi, Yes we are listening, and I suggest submitting a ticket at support.klipschgroupinc.com - we'll do our best to help you out with this! That goes for anyone else having trouble with their recent orders. Please be sure to submit a ticket so we can have a history of these problems and solutions. Thanks!
  4. Hello, I'm looking into this issue. Thanks for posting about it. I'll let you know what I find out soon. Thanks
  5. Hi there, First of all, I'd like to apologize to those who have posted here, detailing the problems you've had with your recent klipsch.com orders. We are fully committed to improving our e-commerce experience, and we are in the middle of actively addressing these types of issues to prevent them from happening again. I've also passed this thread along to others in our organization for visibility. This is something we take very seriously, and improvements will be made. Thank you for taking the time to post about your order problems. We will post updates related to the improvements we are making soon. -- Chad Wells, Klipsch Web Developer.
  6. Hi there, Your best bet is to contact our customer support team here: http://support.klipschgroupinc.com. They will better be able to assist you. But I can tell you that the red switch you speak of is the voltage input switch, and you should have it on the setting for the voltage used in your house. Typically it'll be the lower setting in the U.S (110/115/120v - depending on the product). More info on this here: http://www.voltagevalet.com/elec_guide.html Try flipping the switch back. If the sub doesn't turn on after that, contact support. Thanks!
  7. Posts show the date on them. If you hover over that date, it'll give you the full date/time of the post.
  8. it seems we both shop at the same "wide paintbrush" store.
  9. this is SO not the case. People love to dig up old threads for no real reason. Those 2 threads went off the rails and the topics were addressed and I saw there was no real value in keeping them open for discussion, which would have just meant more back & forth about ultimately frivolous things.
  10. That looks like a fun one. We went to the German Klub Oktoberfest south of Indy last weekend. We go every year. Good times and boots full of beer.

Some people just wanna watch the world burn (after adding kindling).

    Missing Threads?

Folks - it's very simple. If you are itching to post something that may not be considered "PG", please don't post it here. Some folks are looking at these forums at work or around small kids. Just be smart about it.
  15. I just enabled a feature that I think some here would really like. It's completely optional though. It allows you to have a custom forum topic list on the homepage. I'm pretty sure there are some who were begging for this sort of thing a couple years ago. On the main forum list, there are now 3 icons above the "Forums" section: If you click on the 3rd icon, you'll get a subforum filter area on the right. Check/uncheck these to filter what subforum topics are displayed in the topic list. Enjoy!!
  16. This morning, I updated the forums to the latest version, which included some cosmetic changes, a few new little features, and a ton of security vulnerability fixes. I've done my best to tweak the themes a bit to cover for some of the changes that happened (some colors were changes and stuff like that). Is something looks odd to you, please let me know here. The forums may be a little sluggish at the moment while all posts are being re-indexed. The reindexing has been completed. Site performance should be normal.
  17. The forums were upgraded this morning. Please let me know if you are having issues. To be sure, you may need to log out of the forums completely (on all devices you may be logged in here) then log back in.
  18. My apologies everyone. It seems it's a common bug with the version of the forums we are currently running. The good news is there is an update I've been holding off on installing for a few weeks now while they continue to bugfix. I'm unsure if that update will fix this problem, but we'll soon find out (no ETA on when I'm going to be able to update just yet. Possible early next week)
  19. Just to clarify, I meant the theme named "Default", not the default theme that all members are assigned (which is the "Klipsch Dark Theme").
  20. To everyone having this issue, can you please try using the default theme (select "Default" from the Theme dropdown menu at the bottom of the page) and see if the problem persists? I'm still trying to investigate. Thanks
  21. Larry, AOL Browser is reaaallllly old and very unsupported. I wouldn't be surprised if many other modern websites give you issues (even if you aren't aware of it). I'd suggest moving to a modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your Mac. As for screenshots on a Mac, you can see how to do that here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361
  22. Larry, What kind of device are you using to browse the forums? Mobile? Tablet, pc? And which kind of browser? Yes, "Profile Pic" and "Avatar" are synonymous. Also, are you able to take a screenshot of what you are seeing and share it here? Thanks.
  23. Larry, Those show up in the upper-right of the forum pages, next to your profile pic. If on mobile, it's displayed when you tap on the "hamburger" menu in the upper right of the screen. If you want to see the latest postings, those show up on the home page, but a more real-time (non-cached) list can be seen by clicking on the "Activity" tab.
  24. Hi, I'm concerned that you were redirected to kibo.force.com (Kibo is our ecommerce platform, by the way, but you should not be redirected to that site after you order -- you should have been redirected back to klipsch.com) If you are looking for an order status, you can call the number for order support listed on our contact-us page (klipsch.com/contact) -- which is the same # that @USNRET pasted above.
