Exactly! Another way of addressing this is to make up your own mind. Some more expensive cables have other advantages that gadget freaks will like. For instance, they are bigger and stronger, look tougher and cooler and... what sometimes is the truth, have better connectors and are better shielded and protected from rusting. If you sell those cables or what not for whatever reason without lying, who cares? A good salesman will find pros to a product, unless it's crap, that are truthful, even though to rational people it may not be essential. But who's rational nowadys? Hi Paul and welcome to the forum. This is a great place to find knowledge and anything basically. You have found the search button as you have resurrected an old thread. That's the way to go. There are tons of threads about network upgrading/updating. Her's a start: http://www.alkeng.com/ DeanG, a forum member,used to make networks as well. I don't know if he still does it, others, maybe Dean himself may have that info. Dean made networks based on the designs of Al Klappenberger, sometimes modified, sometimes he designed his own. There are other ways to upgrade the Khorn as well, like the Bob Crites tweeter (yes another forum member). Bob makes networks as well, based on the original Klipsch design. Audible Nectar, I have to agree with you once again. From the first moment JM was born and was revealed on this site, I knew immediately that this product was something special and very compatible for us Klipschheads. I too always thought I would own a BBX-cream sooner or later. I decided to go for a MX110 first, because it turned out that a MX110 was for sale in an American town I was going to visit anyway. I met Dwilawyer and Wardsweb, was treated to great music, bbq and felt very welcome. So I am still very happy with my MX110, but... now it seems the BB is out of production as well. So AN, let me shout along: DOH! There's always hope though. These beauties were not designed to self destruct anytime soon.... []
