There is no law against fetal stem cell research. There is a Federal funding limitation. A rich benefactor or foundation could endow the research if they so chose. Umbelical stem cells too are a latent resource. Some day a compromise may be struck using surplus zygots derived from fertility attempts in lieu of tossing them into the trash. There is already trade in tissue obtained from abortions even though it is illegal to sell human body parts. Therefor there is no limitation on stem cells.

Why buy new expensive cables when all you have to do is get another amp to match up better? Or just tweak the caps in your amp like putting in .18MF caps in place of .1MF ones.
