I have found that most if not all of the Denon receivers are poor performers. I guess the adage that you truly get what you pay for is true here in the Denon line of products.

Get rid of the furniture idea and make or grow plant speakers. If you can determine the "plant" harmonics of each species and figure a way to connect speaker wire, my man, you would have it made. Imagine a garden full of music. And why stop and plants, why not animals? Weber BBQ/s? Please tell me if I'm crazy, but I think I'm on to something here.

Have to say, I enjoyed it....special effect were good and female costar was exceptionally attractive. No problem with understanding the dialog....time for you to upgrade to a better amplifier or preamp?

Thanks for your suggestions! I actually sold my old Denon and got a TG IV + Cinema Grand 200 x 5 which makes my RF-7's come alive. Now if only I could stretch my listening room...it's 13 x 13 cube. Not the best environment for my set up.

The two-way KG Series KG 3.5 floorstanding loudspeaker was first introduced in 1994 and manufactured by Klipsch until 1997. While no longer in production, KG 3.5 model loudspeakers are still owned and listened to by Klipsch fans around the world as part of two-channel audio and home theater surround sound systems. Excellent speakers, sweet sound. Grills, speakers are in perfect condition. Cabinets have a few dings from normal usage but overall are in great shape, look great with the walnut finish.

Who were the INXS? They seem to have left a stain on the music world...but cant' say I've ever heard them before. They look like left over support band for Boy George...

You can try Audiogon or Craigslist as good place to market you used amp. Take the price that you paid and list it for 1/3 that.......just my 2 cents.

Sunfire Cinema Grand amplifiers are the way to go. The 200x5 amp can produce 200 watts rms per channel into 8 ohms, and 400 watts rms into 4 ohms. The big breakthrough feature of the Cinema Grand is its tracking downconverter which uses 18 Herculean Mosfets in the Signature 400x5 and 12 in th 200x5. These amps creat a multilayered soundstage that is deep, wide, three dimenisional and utterly unbelievable! Perfect with the RF-7's!

I have designed for my RF-7's, a magnet system for the front grills. Works great, looks excellent and no more broken grill pins. I will try to post pictures here soon.
