Welcome some more. If you want to, let the speakers abit of break-in time to mellow some...nice system. @RobMarshall

Welcome back, Yes would give the speakers and if amp new, would give speakers a little bit of time to meld, break-in. After a day or 3, listen again. Not alot of watts needed, just saying. Try another source of sound just to see how it sounds. Here is hoping it mellows...

Welcome y'all... going to contact a moderator. Heard from a nother about a problem. Thinking that person had to call Klipsch after trying to place an order. @Travis In Austin -
4 inches is right. Same as Chorus 1...making it easier to find port online or hardware store. Even port length 7 inches, coinciding.

Welcome and Congratulations! Yep, last thing you should want or need, a subwoofer. If your space is open, except for wanting to listen at your spot, the whole room, your listening space.

Thanks man, nice read. Here is a little something, including Snoopy. Was digging on this recently. All the local bands just had to try Sloppy, lol...:

Look in the forum you are in now and the technical section. If you are stealthy with capacitor and current, you may find an answer otherwise as said, a new or otherwise, new sub...

From what can see, look really nice. Maybe OP can land them. Think a little rich but, has an audience somewhere Italy. Maybe some Chianti with Alfredo...

Cool on the 6000...as far as center, either but there again is room size so, the 2 woofer would definitely suffice, unless you get a good deal on the 4 woofer. If you plan on a bigger room sometime would go bigger. Research our archive here by doing a search with keywords, for practically any Klipsch, @Jonesyrj... also Klipsch.com for any reviews...

Yes, they were not the best of pictures. Since seller still has them, for a rare pair in apparent nice condition. You may be the first to demo them and either go away happy or sad. At least you will know more without having to be concerned with the interior of speakers, unless it comes up. Make an offer of 900 and watch his reaction. Got to start somewhere. Given time, someone will score them. @luca78

Not the largest listening room so, either the 6000 or 8000 should be enough to work. As for the RP-8000 II versus the original, appears some changes/refinements. @Jonesyrj Look: https://www.klipsch.com/products/rp-8000f-ii-floorstanding-speaker?autocompletequery=Rp
