  1. You're very welcome. Cory is a great guy and can cut pretty good deals You will love them speakers. They are pretty awesome
  2. Bi-amping from an avr provides nothing extra and can sometimes have negative effects. You see the more channels you use in your receiver the less power they become each time. So using them just to use them can cause clipping from now under powering.
  3. @MetropolisLakeOutfittersThis guy needs a 450c and matching towers. Hook him up @willlandthe new production 280fa is no longer veneer. They are vinyl wrapped as well. They did that so they didn't have to make two different centers that were exactly the same. Plus also now that the 7iii/64iii is coming out they are reserving the veneer for flagship model. OP, get with cory above. He is an authorized dealer and will get you a nice bundle deal on a MATCHING setup
  4. dude your room is huge! cinema no doubt. make stuff work with your budget. where are you located? many thinks i would love for you to do your research on cause a bunch of it sounds like it won't work. first off is screen size. I'm sure you could fit a 150-160" screen being 2.35 in a 8 ft tall space but you will be very close to ceiling and floor. also i have a friend who sits 10 feet from a 158" and man is it overwhelming. too big in my opinion. also having three rows. id have to measure how far my screen is off the floor, but i sit at 12 and prolly 17-18 for the second row and I'm on a 13.5" riser and i get some of the bottom of the screen cut off from front row. unless everyone is all the way reclined up front. and my second row is really high up. a third row would be damn near the ceiling. just some things i noticed that sounded a bit off. if you know what you are doing then so be it, things just don't sound like they would work out correctly. also atmos in .4 for three rows sounds about like a waste too. my two cents there. do a killer 7.2 setup with two rows. otherwise you need more ceiling height.
  5. sized probably but when is the last time you looked up a lifestyle setup? they can get to 3-4 grand. won't find quintets for that. but i do agree its kind of a dumb comparison.
  6. Yeah I'd love for Ricci to get his hands on one of the tht subs. Just so we can see real world numbers for it as well. To me you aren't even a contender in the bass world if your subs aren't on that list.
  7. Don't need? Lol sure but it's still there! Jeff permanian the owner of jtr builds insane products that take it to the extreme. I think aaron has his head in the right direction by looking towards them. He wants top notch bass to match the rest of his theater. Jtr will give it to him.
  8. I'm just throwing this out there. I know your a huge bfm fan but I think going by specs and driver usage the a orbit shifter would Best a tht.
  9. Aaron if you have the room get two orbit shifters. I have tons of bass head friends around here and all of them have told me dual orbit shifters is insane. From 20hz up it would take like 16-20 of what I have to keep up. If you can afford them money and space wise that's your path I'd say. And jtr subs will CRUSH just about everything out there. Probably some of the best commercial offerings out there unless we are talking other huge horn offerings. If not the OS pair I vote for the S2's. I've heard them many times. They are insane. I know plenty of guys who own pairs of them and desire nothing else bass wise. And the cool thing for them is they aren't huge boxes at all
  10. Welcome. What he said above is correct on bi-a long from an avr. Total waste of time. Can do more harm than good actually. Also what hat he said above about room size, listening preference, and also the biggest one, BUDGET. Let us know those and we can point you towards a couple options. Hoorah!
  11. If it does I think I have spare legs.
  12. Most will be 3rd quarter release. From the videos posted anyways.
  13. Center channels on the floor. Makes me sad. Almost a waste. You really should find a way to get that thing up off there
  14. I've always wondered something. Is EVERYTHING expensive up there? It sounds like and I sometimes wonder how people survive up there lol? I mean if so, besides probably being gorgeous, what would be the point of living somewhere so expensive? Just wondering. Always been intrigued by the super far north territories of Canada.
  15. I'm excited to hear the 15's a little more since they have a much lower price point than I thought. Also excited to hear the forte 3 since it's sounding like Roy is the man with the plan on those. Excited to see the new veneer 115 finally to match the 7iii. Hope it's a rsw-15 rendition really. Also the new little sabre dac integrated amp is intriguing to me as well. Well done klipsch. Let's get busy on making this stuff actually happen.
  16. I was talking to cory about this last night. If the amp failed and could not be fixed you would be forced to go active from that point on. Or have a passive crossover designed by someone.
  17. Same carpet same speaker layout. It's crazy how similar they are lol
  18. Man if you were closer I'd snag these up I think. Don't see them for sale that often. One I'd always said I'd try out of some came up local at a good price.
  19. I'm anxious to find out pricing on forte 3. Let's start taking guesses! I'm guessing 2800-3000$.
  20. Every single one if you walk making your tv. Otherwise not you wanna wall mount, again but any stand you want, and build a platform over the speaker for tv to sit on. Otherwise if you actually want a spot for a huge center to fit be ready to fork over some big money. Salamander makes some. Standoutdesigns has some nice ones made in the us. But man they are crazy expensive.
  21. Not anymore Timdog traded a rc-64ii for one of them. That way time could have awesome LCR setup and opus had an easier setup to sell as a whole.
  22. Hey I've seen this before on the Facebook owner page
  23. @MetropolisLakeOutfitters May sell you a single at a good price.
  24. Yeah have just read it lots of places. I only rent redbox. Only live about 1.5 miles from three of them. Plus usually take the Harley to get them. Funner to run errands on it so don't mind returning.
