I am wanting to add room treatment for my room,I have been looking at making my own sound panels and I also have been looking on Amazon for the foam squares.Has anybody treated their room and if so what did you use.

I am selling 3 Lascala II’s in black Ashe finish speakers are in excellent condition and 2 of them come with matching black risers,I have the 3rd speaker in a bonus room and not in use.I never had the room to use it,my plan was to use these with a massive Klipschorn and 3 Lascala home theater.I have been using 2 of the speakers with in my living room and my wife wanted the big speakers out of that room.I picked up 2 RF -7mkii’s and a RC-7 in cherry finish that goes better with our furniture.I have no boxes so they must be picked up,pet free smoke free home.Pick up in Sevierville,Tn 4500.00 for the 3

I just made an agreement to pickup the speakers and tuner on Saturday,I plan on using them in an upstairs 3 channel system for audio and video.My wife likes the finish of the cabinets compared to the Lascala II’s in black Ashe finish.

With your woodworking skills, you could build the tractrix 2” horns and use the midrange and tweeter speakers you have and see how you like the sound.I have a pair of Belles that are stock and I have a pair of tractrix horns that I put on top of them and used crites a/4500 crossovers ,stock k-55v and crites ct-125 tweeters and everything sounds better to me.

My Dennis Had Inspire LP-3.1 came in today.It was an original LP-3a and I exchanged emails with Dennis and sent it in for an upgrade,complete upgrade inside and I even had him change the faceplate.I’m going to use it in bedroom system and for now I installed it in my main system and the little preamp is sounding great,.if it just had a remote control.

The seller has these listed in the general section on Craigslist I just emailed them suggesting that they also list them in the electronic section.

Nothing like listening to Eric Clapton on my vinyl setup on a cold winter night.I finally finished some maintenance on my Yamaha PF-800 turntable.I had to add silicon oil to the arm release and now the arm slowly drops on the record,I also installed my new Denon DL -103r cartridge.I had a friend from NC help me setup everything and he is not a Klipsch guy but after we got everything dialed in he was blown away by the sound.I almost sold this table before Christmas I am glad I decided to keep it,I love the way it looks and also how it sounds.Playing vinyl is a labor of love and when I am playing records it kinda takes me back to a time when I just enjoyed the music and I was not so critical about the sound.Some of my best memories was going into Dixie hi-fi looking at the monster receivers,reel to reels,cassette decks,speakers and turntables.
