  1. Well that ended well, glad you got your speakers.
  2. Then you'll love what I got to power the Belle surrounds: There is a little corrosion in the chrome, as shown in the pics. All the NOS tube shown, plus all the documents, are included. This is only slightly less power than is going to the three front channels in the system, but since it's for the surrounds, that should be no problem. More to follow! Nice!
  3. Yes and Deep Purple should've been there years ago.
  4. No worries dude. I was barely awake when I read it. Now I have coffee and can think clearly. See you in the forums my good man! Hey…..just noticed the name change. Cool How's marriage treating you?
  5. Plus I've slept since then….I don't remember if I even posted!
  6. Kids are still doing the same things or worse, but now they're forced into more private venues. I don't really see that as a win. There is nothing for kids 10-17 to do anymore. Malls are dying due to online sales. They wonder why kids get in trouble. If they or their families can't afford to spend on Dave & Busters or some fun place, kids find something. Hey, I was a dumb teen once. We broke EVERYTHING and we were stupid. But we had options. Now kids don't. Scary world we live in.Not quite sure why it is the requirement of the public, or merchants, or the government to provide or give kids "something to do"?? How about parents or family stepping up and figuring it out. How about participating in organized sports, or volunteering in their neighborhoods, or other outdoor activities. NO options? Really? Yep, every 17 year old wants to hang out at the food bank on Saturday nights. I think I accidentally upset Ceptorman. Sorry. Just an opinion. But, opinion only, communities do have some responsibility to provide safe, clean environments. Part of that safety would be controlled venues for young people. I remember arcades. They may have smelled a bit funny, but I never saw violence and had something my low middle class family could afford to pay for. We didn't have money for organized sports e.g. football pads and gear needed to be purchased from the school or a certified supplier and we couldn't afford it. I don't blame my parents. Malls - though expensive, offered a public gathering place indoors for those kids who are allergic to sunlight and activity. And on the sugar soda note - why is our country so against natural ingredients? Or, when we do get 'natural' or organic, it costs more? Cane sugar = win No….it wasn't me, you must have me mistaken for someone else. Plus….it takes a lot to make me mad
  7. Holler if you have a question or problem. My consultation fees are VERY reasonable. Don't forget to take the drain plug out of the side of the disposal before you hook the waste pipe up. Yep….got it. It was pretty simple, the new one was exactly the same size, so it all lined up well. I guess plumbing always seems harder because of trying to fix something inside of a cabinet. I'm a lifetime member of the 200lb club, so crawling inside there isn't fun. Thanks for the consultation offer
  8. It might have been a last resort reaction.
  9. I'm in the middle of replacing a bad garbage disposal. Why is it that ANYTHING to do with plumbing is always a bigger job than anticipated? Too bad our resident plumber (Carl) is so far away
  10. I like the look of the shadows….it makes the rest of the photo's colors shine more.
  11. This is awesome…..http://www.businessinsider.com/ap-hunter-escapes-attack-by-shoving-arm-down-bears-throat-2015-10
  12. Since the OP had 4 posts and hasn't been on in 3.5 years, I doubt he'll be back. It's a shame that the Klipsch CS guy wasn't much help. When you mentioned switching speaker wires with your fronts in the other thread, and the 82lls sounded fine, it sounds like a bad tweeter.
  13. The wood grain on your La Scalas looks great with that lighting, especially with the dark walls behind them. I'd say you're off to a good start with the lighting. Just curious, what's the red stripe on the wall? Is it a decorative affect?
  14. When I was at Lowes I was looking for the poison smoke flares you put inside the hole, but they were out. I picked up the death worms. You poke down into the dirt with a broom handle and find the tunnel and put the worm there, then cover the hole with a rock. You can go back a couple days later and see if the moles took the bait. I bought a dozen worms (they're expensive!) and put out four yesterday. We'll see if this works. The ones I tried came from the local co-op, but I'm sure they're the same. I found 4 dead moles out on the grass a few days later, I'm not sure why they came out of their tunnels, maybe for air. Good luck.
  15. whoa...not sure what happened there Mark….I used disappearing ink
  16. Those are monsters…..51"x37"x18"
  17. I've had good luck with the poison mole bait, the fake worm looking things.
