  2. As Mr K was for pushing the state of the art, all he needed was more data…..
  3. The key is keeping the voltage transfer curve the same. I have done curves on electrolytic to polyesters and if the caps are in parallel with the driver, it will have little to no effect on the voltage transfer curve……60 cent.
  4. Just wanted to offer some advice…..those socks can really smear imaging and placement…….
  5. I will have a list soon of what speakers will be in the live auction. Will have woofers (15” and 18”) in the live auction as well.
  6. Well that’s because of the complex nature of the back air chamber. If I was going to enclose the back of an older khorn, I would probably use 3/4” and brace it. That is a tall panel…..
  7. Lots of questions. Let look into it. I will tell you the forte ii/iii/I’ve drone and chorus drone are the same build. Just different weights. I will find out.
  8. Cool review. Ultimately what it comes down to and remaining true to voltage transfer curve.
  9. No you can’t. Aw 650 do not have a step down transformer. The ca-650’s do. You can buy 60 of 100 watt transformers from klipsch that will not degrade the sound.
  10. Correct but the tags inside the speaker help quite a bit. Ultimately I would be the one to approve the request
