Gorgeous room!

Kinda nerdy, kinda jock, kinda average breeding stallion, a lot of kid who knew if he touched a joint I'd go to prison for life. Then I woke up a bit when I got my license and could drive. Bama was interesting yesterday in allowing almost 300 yards from a team using a non-option offense. I'll never understand why NC ran that 2-point conversion play. A tie in regulation and going into OT would have spoken volumes for former Texas Coach Mack Brown's program. Afterall, they lost the week before to Applachain State??? I thought it kinda funny at the end of the game when Dabo held his hat up and whispered in Mack's ear hiding his lips. Telling him thanks perhaps? hahaha @Tarheel so what's goin on down your way brother? lol Glad to see former OSU QB Joe Burrow shine @ LSU. He's a great kid who wasn't gonna sit another year @ OSU. He's darn good and tough too. A winner in more ways than one! I see a few weaknesses in the SEC this year and really wonder who's number 1? The B1G isn't gonna be a cakewalk either. Its still early and things are starting to shake out. Who will win it all? Or should I ask the question at Thanksgiving?

On to Sparty next Saturday evening @ the Shoe. The Buckeyes will be turning off ESECPN, the radios and not reading the papers for the most part. It's all about focus from here on out. I seem to remember that loss against Virginia Tech a couple years ago that cost them their playoff spot. They do too! So well see how things progress from here on out.

Paul, I don't know about that. It's just been LP's forever after the 45's were released. Many "one hit wonders" in the LP's but now I find myself actually listening to the entire LP. I always did that but finding myself getting a better feel for the artists. IF that makes sense. Many were "loaned or ripped off" by people who had access to my place during times when I was away. Amazes me to go to pull something and it's no where to be found but I guess that's on me. So I lock it in and keep an eye out for it, which seems to kinda work. haahaha I take a look when I'm ready to play and just don't know where to start anymore. I've told friends I'm gonna play every record I have one more time before I croak. They laff and call me Keef. lol I've got that "Twangy" lp I think somewhere. I used to. Soundtracks are LAST on my list and that's a bunch too. Soooo many great artist's have done soundtracks, which is kinda funny but, then it's not. lolol Off to an event tonite called "BoomerFest," which was started 10 years ago by a group of fems at a local bar. All of us baby boomers get together and everyone brings a dish, have a prayer for those that passed this year, eat and party. I don't eat anything that I don't know where it's actually from and who made it. Sooo, going to head out later after the footie game this evening. Just an event where most of us rockers get together and get caught up. Local band playing and half will be trashed by then so good time for a walk thru. hahaha I've always said when I croak they can all get together and when my name comes up tell alllll their lies about me! lol Just a good time w/a LOT of good local peeps.

I took bottles of every flavor Boone's Farm to my last class reunion. I was amazed at how many flavors they had today! Funny how EVERYone remembered it yet very few admitted drinking it! hahhaha No clue who or where it went but at the end of the night they were gone!

Gonna post this just cause! Wanna talk about getting hit in the FEELS? Why? Slipped into the Naval Air Station @ VA Beach while on a lousy rainy family vaca and checked in at the gate like a good boy. Kid on the Desk went back and got some dude who musta known something I didn't. Wrote up a VIP windshield placard for the Explorer. First stop naturally the hanger where some kid was on guard duty who naturally I joked with a bit cause he saluted me. Ha! Pfffft. Couple minutes later some STUD walked outta the hanger and crawled into his ride. Then he taxi's down the runway and takes off and goes nose up in front of us. STRAIGHT the F up! I was amazed so end of show right? Nah, he'd come back by I thought. Sure enough about 3 minutes later he does a fly by with a couple rolls and outta sight never to be seen again. Talk about dazed and confused??? Totally! ALL those guys can "get it" ANY day in my book! TOTALLY IMPRESSED!

PayPal is awfully sketchy for me. On two different occasions I used it and somehow it hit my account twice each time. Guy I know had it happen and it cost him $150 twice. He said he was told they couldn't do anything about it. Imagine that.

Eight Days a Week? That album? Good God man I'd have to be a Beatles geek and I tried to never be that back then or now. I do know a guy though who can tell you what kind of toothpaste they all used. Talk about a shit storm of #1's and everything after their #1 hits... Loved their music but with everything happening on the West coast and their coming to the US I tried to stay more stateside. Their world-wide impact was and still is incredible. The OTHER cherished Beatle's album is their "Live in Italy" album given to me by the same guy. I looked for it the other day after playing the "For Sale" album and it was AWOL. It's here and either I missed it or it's misplaced or laying in a pile. It'll surface. It's an "up tempo" LP of live studio recordings and not really from a tour in Italy. Totally different sound and your foot will be tappin in no time!
