  1. Your location would be a huge help to the members here.
  2. Putting this in the Alerts sub-forum is not helping you at all. Post the same request in either the General or the Two Channel forums will get a lot more responses.
  3. https://offerup.com/item/detail/631751447/ There are dings in one riser, otherwise look to be in good shape:
  4. I wish we were closer, I would love to be able to take you up on that. This is an extremely nice offer!
  5. I've sent this picture to the guy, and told him about the V design. I'm sure he will correct it soon.
  6. I just sent the guy an email, hopefully he will have it done soon.
  7. ...the newer style LaScala and Forte badges, plus the PWK Quarter Pie (Not sure if that is what they are called). I think they look good. The PWK is milled out of brass, and the LaScala and Forte are machined out of aluminum. https://www.ebay.com/sch/grossbjorn/m.html?item=143143190408&ul_noapp=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562
  8. That pair sold, the same guy has an identical set for sale. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-KPT-335-KPT-904-3-Way-Behind-The-Screen-Cinema-System-Speakers-PAIR-/254142888729?oid=303075844172
  9. Maybe the guy is simply catfishing. I bet if you offered him $1,800 and show him your history of sales, he might meet you at $2k, maybe $2.2k.
  10. "If you can't measure it, it's not science." Robert A. Heinlein
  11. I thought that they were pretty, and I haven't been actively researching Belles for a purchase. So I posted them here, if nothing other than having people looking at the pics. *<;o) I could have posted the set of Klipschorns where the guy is asking $15k! 🤑 I need around $2k for a good pair of La Scala. Now taking bids, starting price of 2 grand. She's a good wife, takes the trash out to the curb.
  12. No, they aren't mine. I thought that placing found items in the Alerts sub folder already implied that fact. Things you have found during your internet travels are posted here. If I put a listing directly in Garage Sale, it has the implication that the items are for sale by me. I would not be selling a set of Belles. I would be selling off things to BUY the set. Anyone need a wife? Low mileage!
  13. Exactly THIS^^^^^^ I belong to numerous watch forums that require this. The seller must have that note in the pictures with the item for sale. It proves that you have what is claimed. (This post is not meant to 'throw shade' on the OP) If you need a good stapler, try the Stanley Bostich Long Reach models. We used them extensively in the print shop. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Stanley-Bostich-12-Long-Reach-Stapler-Model-B440LR/333058088755?hash=item4d8bcf1f33:g:27EAAOSwQrVb46CY:rk:1:pf:0

  15. These look good (just a little dirty), and the owner will probably haggle a bit on the price... I love my set, running them as my desktop speakers. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/370975230388592/
  16. Does your surround receiver have pre-outs? If it does, you can use an RCA to a 3.5mm jack, do the RCA's fed directly into the input jack on your sound card. Use Audigy, and tell it to "Capture what you are hearing now". If you need help with this, feel free to ping me...
  17. I can attest to this. His setup with the Marantz and the 904's is amazing. Even just one third of the power being applied, these speakers thump hard enough to move your clothing around. Klipsch is definitely the brand of speaker to go with, if you don't have a MacIntosh setup.
  18. Listen to something fun on your new system: Heart, and the album is "Little Queen". Sylvan Song and Dream of the Archer back to back, in the manner of Queen / We Will Rock You - We are the Champions. If you try this out, let me know what you think about this on the Forte's! (Also try the rest of the album) @mdm7eb
  19. I wholeheartedly agree with @Ceptorman on this, go for the cherry. Nicer looks and better resale value in the future.
  20. Your surround sound receiver will have configuration capabilities. You set up Left - Center - Right channels, and tell the receiver that there are no sides or back channels being used. It also sounds like you don't have any kind of sub, so you would set the L-C-R to Large. This tells the receiver to send all of the signal to your speakers, instead of splitting off 80hz and below (which would normally be sent to your subwoofer).
  21. @Emile You could try these Peavey FH-1 bass bins (folded horn, ala LaScala) in Gainesville: https://gainesville.craigslist.org/msg/d/gainesville-peavey-fh-1/6814040185.html I'm not sure from the ad if the guy wants $200 for all of it, or $200 per stack.
  22. This is why you don't see them for sale on the secondary market, at a guess:
  23. Ah, gotcha. I haven't seen that one yet, probably why I didn't know GhostBusters. What did you replace Elvira with, or have you yet?
  24. Are you willing to demo your pins, too? I recognize "Scared Stiff", "Wizard of Oz", "Lord of the Rings", and "Medieval Madness" from your avatar, but I can't quite make out the machine just to the right of Elvira / Scared Stiff...?
