tommyboy Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 I'm on a few other forums, but this one is easily the best! I only get on the others maybe once a week or so. I think it's because we seem a lot more "tight nitched" or family oriented on here. I couldn't imagine getting on HTshack and talking about or posting pix of our new puppy, family, etc. Or saying that we have a puppy now because I got neutered, and he's the closest form of a child for us. And this is the only forum where if a "regular" doesn't post for a while, we get concerned. "Hey Bob, are you OK? Haven't seen you post in a while". Basically we tend to get a little "personal" on here. I also love this place because I have no "audio friends". No one at work to talk audio with, none of my friends share the same audio passion as me, none of my family, etc. The closest thing is a few friends with decent car systems, but I don't get into car audio at all. Here's a welcome to all the noobs here on the forum! I hope we'll see you around for a while!! This is a great place to be.....................
