sorry to hear -condolences and prayers.

ATVS are extremely dangerous, I have spent many hours on one and I have a profound respect for the danger potential. Things happen so fast at speeds. Some of the newer ones will run 60 -70. One of my friends was serioulsly injured recently- climbing a muddy hill- footpeg snagged on a root- machine turned over and pinned him for 2 hours until somebody found him. Lucky. If you ride one of these things for God sake be careful

I just this minute returned to work and thus, the internet so first I

want to thank everyone SO MUCH, Life is returning to normal..... What ever that

means! The wife is holding up great and now though her sister is indeed missed,

we are on a normal schedule.

Again, thanks for all the support from everyone; it truly did help through

this time.

Well, I do know more about the accident and it seems that it may have

been a blessing in disguise.

Tammy had been doing normal every day farm chores at the time of the

accident. Her husband saw the accident and help was on the way instantly. She

was life flighted out to a trauma center in Fargo ND.

Her brain pressure was monitored and where a 5 is normal (on their scale) and a

10 is survivable her pressure was at 20 so there really wasn’t much hope from

the start.

While they were monitoring the pressure and trying to control the bleeding,

they did a body scan to see what else was damaged, aside from a broken arm and

a broken hip, they discovered (unknown until now) several tumors, one on the

brain stem and several on other organs. It seems that she had cancer and was

going to have lots of problems in short order anyway, the family is looking on

the accident as a blessing that saved her lots of agony through the treatment

of cancer, likely a loosing battle as it had already spread through her body.

God is indeed good and he takes care of his own.

Thanks again everyone.

Now back to our regularly scheduled discussions [;)]

God is indeed good and he takes care of his own.

As we say (and sometimes actually believe) in Orthodox Christianity, 'Everything is a blessing'. Sometimes we can see it, sometimes we can't.
