bhendrix
Can someone in Hope at the Pilgrimage take some pics of the new Ki-396? Thanks!!

LarryC
What is it? Curious minds want to know. The search function to find Klipsch products apparently isn't well thought out. Searches on "Ki-396" and Ki396 show no results -- you have to type in PRECISELY the desired format, which apparently is Ki 396 (space but no dashes, I think). Google, for example, does much better than that. [Edit:] At any rate, I couldn't find this model on Klipsch.com.
Klipsch Employees Trey Cannon Posted June 12, 2011 Klipsch Employees Share Posted June 12, 2011 Larry, that is because there have only been 17 of them ever built...They are not in production. We used the Pilot run product for the show.

ssh
They sound great in the outdoor venue. There were 6 or 8 per side- I think 6. Top stack inverted. Woofer and horn with two ports. According to Trey, they were produced for a large venue, & will be commercially produced. Remember, though, there were stacks of subs running with these. GREAT sound (as we have come to expect of Trey & Klipsch). SSH

Moderators dtel Posted June 13, 2011 Moderators Share Posted June 13, 2011 6 on each side each about the size of a forte-Chorus but I would guess weigh more, and can be flown.
Moderators dtel Posted June 13, 2011 Moderators Share Posted June 13, 2011 The back. They said these on the stage were made this week and not "finished", they were raw wood, I would guess they get a finish like the other commercial designs ? E3T
I have the "Prelim. Specs/Cut Sheet" on PDF. I don't know how to get it on here. If you want it, let me know.
