Its a Friday evening ! Time to put together some fresh ingredients that Chris picked up at Whole Foods market.. TONIGHT?, fresh crab cakes and asparagas along with a nice chilled champagna!

Here then, the fresh asparagas has been soaked in cold water and ready to hit the saute of garlic and XVOO...

Beautiful asaparagas and the kind that I prefer.

I love your posts, Gary. With a (very) little soil in a pot, some water and a pair of snips, you could get rid of those plastic packages. Chives grow as easily as wild onions. My sage has over-wintered growing in an old ice chest. My rosemary grows to Volkswagen size, and it does well indoors with some sunlight. Since you're already supermarket shopping, you may prefer to buy packaged herbs, but you just seem to me to be a perfect home herbbrewer.
