tromprof
It is getting very hard to know exactly where things are made anymore. I am big into to cycling (bicycles that is). There was a big scandal over the last couple of years about "Italian" made bike frames. It turns out a lot of Italian makers are actually getting the frames from China, importing them to Italy and painting them there. They can then claim them as "made in Italy" because there is more cost in the Italian paint job than than in the carbon fiber Chinese made frame. Mighty Favog
Andy, glad you brought up Delta. Many years ago my dad traded a bunch of loose 2X4's for a Delta 10" bandsaw. I'm not sure when it was made but the model was discontinued in 1927. I still use it today although for nothing intricate (has a bad case of blade-creep). It needs two wheels and a source of 66" blades. But with products this good won't sales ultimately go down? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for buying something only once while employing the locals...it costs less that way.

Audio Android
I actually bought the Bionic Wrench for my Dad(Father's Day) either last year or 2 years ago.....I figured if he said it worked well, I'd buy it...... But have not given it a second thought since.....He has never said anything about it and I keep forgetting to ask, but I saw it's still in his toolbox, and nice and dirty so.....[Y]..... "MADE IN THE U.S.A." I always look for it....[*]
JJkizak
One wonders why the "Made In USA" label does not say "100% USA" or "51% USA". This reaks of corporate political lobbyist manuvering. JJK
