HAmmer32261
Just a couple more pics, The drywall was installed today, they will mud and tape tomorrow and then i'll have to decide on some paint colors. LOL After seeing Mikes build im kinda of embarressed to post pics of my little room : ) You can see the sound strips across the ceiling they are suppose to help absorb vibration i guess we'll see how effective they are when i get my JTR Captivator S1 Finished and ready for Mud and tape
MichaelandKlipsch
The room is looking great Hammer. Looks similar in size and shape to my room lol. Even that drop ceiling is similar as I have an inclined drop. I bet you are ready to start going speaker crazy in there. Captivators are going to be awesome in there. What color floor are you planning? All in all its looking great so far. Are you planning a projector or tv?
HAmmer32261
Kudos on your HT Mike, that's a incredible setup your gonna have. mines not nearly that elaberate . im just mounting a tv and i havent decided on paint or carpet colors yet there's virtually no ambient light in the room so i might go with some nuetral colors not too sure yet and open to suggestions
MichaelandKlipsch
Since you arent going with a projector I love the way neutral colors look on the wall in contrast to the usually black components. Floor colors are the limit to what you like. Something that wont show all the popcorn on the floor heh.
