I agree...except for the gaping hole above the stove! I've been telling the wife for a couple weeks to start looking (since she hated this one so much, I'll let her pick out the replacement) She's put a total of zero effort into this. I wanted to put a new one up when the old one came down. I knew however, that she'd put it off....so I dropped it. Now that there is a gaping hole there, she's all bothered about it and wants it taken care of "right now" Hmmm.... ok honey...
richieb
Positive result , excellent. I've found when you are civil but direct, no-nonsense and relentless the ball shifts to your side. Similar to my just completed settlement for a new roof it took all the above for it to happen. Same adjuster, three trips to the roof. First no hail damage, second with roofer and still no damage but of course roofer disagrees. Probably two dozen have been put on in my area in past couple months but I magically missed the damage. So now in my final call to my agent I ask him if he finds it odd that my neighbors SHED is being roofed at the same time I'm putting a bucket in my bedroom to catch water for the next rain. That along with being with him for over 30 years, I suggest we have another look prior to my ripping up the 3 car statement waiting to be paid. Well shucks, same adjuster now finds "significant" wind damage. New roof on the way, checks rolling in. Ya gots to stay on their azz ---
babadono
Coytee, Glad to hear you stuck with this and are making Kitchen Aid do something. Hard to believe they did not replace it first to see if you just got a defective unit. Instead gave you money back to shop for another, even a different brand if you want. pzannucci
Think the Panasonic Inverter Micros are interesting with their variable power. A friend has one an they seem to work and hold up very well
