I do understand. The pro series are always skimpy on bass by home audio standards. It makes sense in a live venue for the bass to be lower. A different driver or... a better crossover like the ALK CSW-450, which dips an octave lower for the La Scala or Klipschorn, would get you more bass.

we know your speaker is a Cornwall 1 1984-85  --since it uses the  B3 Network --k77M-k52H ( Heppner ) - k600 horn -However the  K43 Woofer is the odd part  as well as  the handles / pro badge/  terminal cup ,  your speaker should have a k-33 for optimal bass 

 

Your speaker has  a serial no  8500267 ,  I would advise you to reach out to @JRH ,the klipsch Historian ,  He can look up the serial no 8500267  and tell you if this is a klipsch original or a modified klipsch speaker
