Pete H
Unbelievable. Hopefully they will be put down quickly. Just read that they've taken him into custody.
JJkizak
Somebody said long ago if we loved are enemies we wouldn't have to shoot them. It's supposed to work both ways. JJK

Seriously, it was in news reports after the expat US family (extreme Mormons) was shot up/murdered recently in Mexico. I had to chuckle at that one....such a naive strategy. Or maybe he gets monthly payments from the cartel. hugs not bullets from the Mex pres: https://www.foxnews.com/world/mexicos-lopez-obrador-defends-hugs-not-bullets-policy

Violence is at an all time high, even Piedras Negras is not longer safe to cross. Had a client fly me into Monterey then to Villahermosa again, second time this year. Got to have a bodyguard, which made me feel more like a target than protected. Fk'ing nuts along the norther fringes right now. A mexican contractor buddy invited me to go spear fishing for a short mini vacation about a hour south of Tampico, but had to pass. Too close to Xmas, and it's just too violent.
