I have a pair of 1980 vintage Cornwalls would consider selling.  I purchased them new and have the original brochure and invoice.

 

These are oiled walnut in excellent condition.  Upgraded with Crites crossover and tweeter.  Original tweeter available.

 

I’m in St. Louis, MO.

 

I would consider a reasonable offer.  Pickup only.

One owner, no smokers/pets/kids, original risers, bone stock except for tweeters (Crites replacement) and crossover (original tweeters available), never abused/occasionally used for last 30 years.  Lives in a dry finished basement with stable ambient temperatures.

Personally I think it’s a little high, but prices on heritage speakers have really crept up in the last year. They do appear to be in excellent condition so the right buyer may be out there. Good luck whatever you decide.

First off, thanks for the reply and pics.

But, yes 2k seems high to me. Too high of a price for me to graduate from my heresys.They are good looking speakers.

these are nice, but they’re $3 g’s.

 

I prefer the oiled walnut finish and the original grills on mine. So I thought $2000 was on the high end of fair.
