Jim Cornell
My question of the new year, and many years to come, is why couldnt it be as smooth, as nice, as freindly, as helpfull, as curtious, as generous, as politefull, as loving, as fun, as it is on this BB, OUTSIDE in the real world? Love all you guys Happy new year,m from one of the original BB members Jim Cornell
prodj101
ummm, not quite sure, lol. we have a buffer here on the forum, which is distance, and that none of us knows anything about the other. In the real world, if you meet a jerk, you have the option of beating the crap out of them.
Soundthought
LOL. Great thread Jim. DJ, you have a good point about distance. That definately has an affect. I think "Klipsch people" in general, are mostly decent people. It's a horn thing. LOL Remember something DJ, as much as I do know where your coming from, you should NEVER underestimate the capabilities of ANY individual. When it comes to people, you can never judge a book by it's cover. Cheers, John.
Chris Robinson
Jim, HNY to you and the Mrs as well. ProDJ101, I will take a position slightly counter to yours ... If you take the number of posts of the core group on this forum -- and it's something like 20,000 in total -- you're going to know a little more than you think. I've had the good fortune of getting to know some of these people up close and personal ... and WYSIWYG !!
Deang
I thought this was the 'real' world. I don't go outside anymore, it's simply too dangerous. Since I'm a sociopath, it's much safer for everyone if I stay indoors.
Kain
All this "real world" talk is reminding me of The Matrix.
Deang
"There is no spoon" -- reminded me of Monty Python:) yes there is no there isn't is isn't Of course there is, it's right there isn't
Mighty Favog
I agree with John. Once you have determined the battle capabilities of your opponent, you've already lost. One of the first lessons I EVER learned at a DoJo.
