hwatkins
How come someone always steals my idea for subject titles. Glad you brought it up Erik - I agree... Now, why do I get the feeling that this is now a spy board and coded messages are flying back and forth....

Daddy Dee
Yep, it was a good year. I just wish I'd taken my $1000, for which I bought a '69 bug and bought Wal-mart stock instead.
jt1stcav
'73... My McIntosh MC250 was built in '73, and one of my favorite albums (Buckingham Nicks) came out in '73. I was 11 and had just started my first job as a paper boy. Saved up enough money for my first stereo in '73, a 10 WPC Precor receiver with built-in BSR record changer, a pair of 6" fullrange bookshelf speakers from Audiotek, and a Realistic top-loading cassette deck from RadioShack. Life was good...
maxg
Opinions are divided on the 73, and this could multiply your problems. There are pluses and minuses here. This is not a bad sin necessarily cos, to go off on a tangent I keep a log of 73 performance - "e"sy for me to say of course - but problems, at their root are there to be solved, all things being equal. Watch the power you apply In(x)treme circumstances there are almost infinite matric of possible outcomes, some are not equal to others by varying degrees. Of course I dont want to Hex your choice
