A step-down transformer can be used, but there may be another way of reconfiguring the PS -- often just a matter of changing a couple of connections. I would ask the seller what the deal is there. I sure don't see 2-6AX6's or a 5Z3P any where on that chassis also the driver tubes on the schematic are not as listed in the auction.
