That's Restless Leg Syndrome. I'm not kidding. Come up with a new disease or syndrome and you immediately have "victims" of that syndrome who need assistance, perhaps a pill that nobody can afford because of the evil drug companies, or perhaps a new government program to offer relief to those suffering RLS riding on city buses. There's just no end to the victimhood with today's Lib, it makes them feel needed. Perhaps I know more about Liberals than you think Allan, after all, you really don't know me.
