J M O N
Fini, how do you know they are walnut? If they are, they must be walnut lacquer not walnut oil (which is what I'm looking for) since they seem to have a light FINIsh.

The Zebra wood I have seen on Gary's and other furniture is thinner, straighter and more uniform. But I am no wood expert. Quick fini come up with a morning wood joke! colterphoto1
Looks like TEAK to me, semi straight, golden soft tone, not a lot of difference between lights and darks. I've been eyeing this wood for a while to do my Cornwalls in. Klipsch did offer it for a while. It's in a brochure, but very rare. Gilbert, I would advise you to move swiftly. They are Rosewood , and the seller is in Berkeley, CA. I may get weak, decide I never should have sold my 1974 Belles, and purchase them myself. They are a one owner pair of Belles. Klipsch out.
rplace
At that price you should drive over there right now and buy them. Heck you could resell for an easy 2K on ebay if you decide you don't want to keep em.
